Welcome to New York Fashion Week Day 2! As you can see, there’s a major change in my outfits personality in comparison to the first day of NYFW. From a New York City edgy shop girl, to a chic and sophisticated urban… cowboy? It’s as if I reinvented myself every morning within my wardrobe. But I tend to do that during Fashion Week. Real-talk moment: does that take away from having a signature style? My answer: Absolutely not! Fashion is a personal style, personal means YOU, you make the decisions, you sprinkle it with confidence, and then you’re out the door.  It’s ones of the clauses in the book of fashion. No really, look it up.

I wore a beautiful Helmut Lang shearling coat paired with a denim set. The denim pants I loved. It’s not your average skinny pant, which is a great change. It’s an updated version of a bootcut/boyfriend jean. I added some height (just a little bit) with snakeskin Ralph Lauren heels. Life was good until the temperature dropped 20 degrees. So I had a quick outfit change. I swopped out the Helmut Lang shearling to a warmer Max Mara coat, and the life saver of the day was the vintage rabbit fur collar/scarf.. oh, and the Ostrich skin gloves.
